Cancellation Terms:

Cancellation requests received by April 30, 2017 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 (CAD) for members or $200 (CAD) for non-members.  Cancellation requests received after April 30, 2017 and before May 15, 2017 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of registration fee.  There will be no cancellation refunds available on or after May 15, 2016.  Substitutions are encouraged.
